Sharla Holladay, E-RYT
Sharla is the charismatic owner of YogaYou and director of the YogaYou Yoga Alliance approved Yoga Teacher training school. She is highly experienced with beginners in yoga, and has taught over 2000 hours of yoga, with over half being beginner level. Her passion is making yoga attainable to all, with the mantra that yoga does not have to hurt. Everyone starts just right where they are, progressing as they are ready.
She takes every opportunity to further her yoga knowledge and has had over 700 hours of specialized yoga training. Her teaching method is to ensure that each student is given the opportunity to make yoga their own, understanding of each pose and it's alignment. She works with each person's challenges and assists individuals to embrace their own path.
Sharla holds yoga retreats internationally and is skilled in creating a stress free, well taken care of experience for each attendee.

Jenn realized that her reactions to stress were controlled from inside when she regularly practiced yoga as well as her outlook on life in general was better when practicing.
She decided to become an instructor so that she could inspire others to become strong and confident from the inside and out.
