Weekend Yoga Schedule:
Friday
6p-8:30p Anusara 101: Stepping into the Flow of Grace
Open to all levels including Beginners. Refine your understanding of the
transformational power of the Universal Principles of Anusara yoga.
**
Recommended for all levels, prefer having had 1 or 2 yoga classes
before attending. Also recommended for all practicing or teaching yogis
that would like to improve integration and understand the Anusara
Principles of Alignment.
Saturday,
10a-12:30p Standing Poses and Backbends: Love is Stronger than Fear
Appeals to all levels, Beginner I - Advanced
**Recommended having had 6 weeks of yoga (at least once per week) before attending.
2:30-5p Therapeutic Approach: Back Knees, Hips neck and shoulders
Open to all levels including beginners, yoga teachers and anyone desiring to learn more about how yoga can heal.
**Theraputic
classes are open to all, even those with health issues that are thought
to limit yoga practice (please disclose prior to class starting). Open
to anyone wanting to learn more about how yoga can heal.
Sunday
10a-12:30p Full Spectrum class; Playful poses that Lift Your Spirits
Appeals to Beginner II - Advanced levels
**This will be a playful
class, with some more advanced poses available as options to work
towards or to. No pressure to complete the poses, but an invitation to
ask your body to open to the idea of surpassing limitations.
