  Our yoga studio is conveniently located in Cabot, AR; we are easily accessible to residents of central Arkansas. 
  Cabot is only a short drive from Beebe, Lonoke, Jacksonville, Little Rock, North Little Rock, Searcy and Sherwood, AR.

Beginner Yoga Workshop Program

Our 6 week Beginner course is completely non-competitive and allows someone completely new to yoga to feel comfortable learning it slowly.

No matter a student's size, shape or flexibility level, this class is for them. For $68.00 come to one or all of the following Beginner I classes for six weeks:

  • Mondays at 7PM
  • Thursdays 5:45PM
  • Saturdays at 9:45AM


For $68.00 come to one or all of the following Beginner II classes for six weeks (or pay $78 unlimited level and do Beginner I and Beginner II classes):

  • Monday 5:45PM
  • Tuesdays at 8:30AM
  • Tuesdays at 7PM
  • Saturdays at 8:30AM
