$7 Yoga class! This Friday only! Gentle Yoga Flow at 6:00 PM with Tina McCord. This class is free to all existing YogaYou students.

More classes have been added for different levels of challenge. Six weeks starts February 22.

Meditation 5PM on Thursdays is open to all past and present YogaYou students at no charge.

For $68.00 come to one or all of the following Beginner I classes for six weeks:

  • Mondays at 7PM
  • Thursdays 2:00PM
  • Thursdays 5:45PM
  • Saturdays at 9:45AM

For $68.00 come to one or all of the following Beginner II classes for six weeks (or pay $78 unlimited level and do Beginner I and Beginner II classes):

  • Tuesdays at 7PM
  • Saturdays at 8:30AM

If you choose to pay the $78 (unlimited level) for six weeks you also have the following classes to attend (appropriate for Beginner I levels and above):   

  • Yoga for Weight Loss, Mondays at 5:45PM
  • Gentle Flow Yoga, Fridays at 6:00PM
