As some of you know we just graduated our 2010 yoga teacher session. Graduates Andrea and Jenn are coming on teaching classes regularly at YogaYou. Both will be filling in different class times during August and September.

Look for new class times added onto our schedule starting the week of September 27 including Thursday mornings Beginner I 9:45AM with Andrea and Friday nights 6PM Gentle Flow class with Jenn.

Due to the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Little Rock we have postponed our weekend yoga workshop with Meg for October as it was the same weekend. Andrea and Jenn are organizing a team of yogis to walk in the event though, so sign up for team YogaYou! :)

Our next six week Beginner course in Yoga starts the week of September 26, 2010. REGISTER NOW.

Our 6 week Beginner course is completely non-competitive and allows someone completely new to yoga to feel comfortable learning it slowly. No matter a student's size, shape or flexibility level, this class is for them. For $68.00 come to one or all of the following Beginner I classes for six weeks:

  • Mondays at 7PM
  • Thursdays 5:45PM
  • Saturdays at 9:45AM
  • Thursday 9:45 AM (starts 9/27/10)

For $68.00 come to one or all of the following Beginner II classes for six weeks (or pay $78 unlimited level and do Beginner I and Beginner II classes):

  • Monday 5:45PM
  • Tuesdays at 7PM
  • Saturdays at 8:30AM

  • Vinyasa Flow, Thursdays at 7PM (Intermediate)
  • Intermediate/Advanced, Tuesdays at 5:30
